I am now able to see clients in person in my Hull and Stittsville clinic, with respect to the government recommendations to protect you from the current epidemic we are all facing. As always, I am committed to ensuring your well-being and safety.
The protocol of wearing masks and distanciations are also recommended by the ANQ (Association of Naturotherpist of Quebec) to which I belong. When booking a session I will provide you with more information and details regarding the new structure to respect our current needs.

I have frequently seen clients online with an equal amount of success. Even personally I have in the past taken mentoring sessions or trainings online and it is quite similar to being in person, with the advantages and convenience of staying home. At times it even felt easier or more comfortable.

Get a new perspective on yourself and on life! Explore meditation and inspiring philosophies in a group context with like-minded individuals. These themes are relevant to our modern times, as timeless treasures.
Content: The mini-retreats will be composed of a guided 45-minute meditation, discussion of profound and inspiring themes, and sharing in small groups of three.
Lynne has a Ph.D. in Eastern Philosophy (alternative) from India where she lived 15 years, studying Sanskrit texts and teaching. Jürgen has been meditating for decades and lived 3 years in India also studying meditatino and Estern Philosophy. They will talk about selected themes and then we will split into smaller groups to discuss them, using the transparent communication style. At the end we all meet to share insights.This is a wonderful way to develop a sense of community, enjoy, laugh, deepen your meditations and be inspired.
Transparent Communication is a set of principles and practices developped by Thomas Hubl that helps introduce more openness, clarity, and presence into everyday interactions.
When we explore together the mystical art of transparent communication, we refine our knowledge and understanding of presence and deepened perceptions while improving our social skills.

The Power of We
We live in a rather individualistic society. In a way it is comfortable because we can follow our own rhythm and needs. Yet, there is an undeniable value in developing social skills and drawing from the power of We. I have helped numerous clients to bridge that gap, with a great deal of satisfaction for me, as my sole work and intention is to help my clients; and of course this is deeply satisfying for my clients as well. I absolutely love my work, coaching, guiding, using the powerful techniques I have learned, hypnosis, individual and trauma work, mentoring, and meditation. Recently, I have been seeing that the core of great contemplative tradition is often lacking in those modalities. To explore ancient principles of Oneness, Unity, Freedom, Love and Kindness is essential. So I am inviting you to join me in the group work that we're offering. When we add triads or small group discussions, we are able to own the subject matter and learn from other's perspective. We learn communication and teamwork skills. In a way we can say that the philosophical content is reinforced and we can learn from each other.

Group Classes: In our group classes we explore various meditation techniques and inspiring texts on meditation. During the classes we meditate, then we explore selected philosophical texts and their wonderful, practical and profound meanings. This meditation class will teach you various basic traditionnal meditation techniques, including Mindfulness meditation, Stabilizing meditation techniques while exploring the philosophy of meditation and grounding meditation techniques. This class is offered in a friendly environment, giving you the opportunity to learn amongst the greatest stress management tools, as well as means to focus your mind and live with greater awareness. This session will provide you with an non-dogmatic overview of all great philosophical traditions and enable you to directly experience their benefits.
