A personal argument for hypnosis

This 2011 article explained the author's enthusiasm for hypnosis through a personal account of changing habits and losing weight. It tried to make a sometimes misunderstood practice more approachable.

The piece was persuasive and experience-led. Its central evidence was the author's own interpretation of change, which differs from an independent evaluation of effectiveness. Read in that way, it explains why hypnosis became a prominent subject in Kaivalya's teaching.
