Studying the first chapter of Patanjali
The learning kit on Samaadhi Paad paired an audio recording with a booklet. Sanskrit words and verses were translated, explained and chanted so that listening and reading could support one another.
Kaivalya described the material as suitable for both teachers and students. The subject was the first chapter of Patanjali's philosophical work, with attention to the mind and meditation. A French version was also offered, reflecting the bilingual character of the centre's teaching.
