Welcome to Kaivalya Centre
"You must be the change you want to see in the world. To be the change you want to see in the world, you don't have to be loud. You don't have to be eloquent. You don't have to be elected. You don't even have to be particularly smart or well educated. You do, however, have to be committed." Mahatma Gandhi
To all of my valued clients,
As I write this email, there has been growing cases of the Coronavirus also called the COVID-19, locally here in Ottawa. As always, I am committed to ensuring your well-being and safety to all of you.
I am writing because it has been recommended by the ANQ (Association of Naturotherpist of Quebec) - to which I belong- to replace all in-person sessions with on-line sessions (via Zoom). Alternatively, if you prefer, we could wait and reschedule when things settle, and I could then see you in person in either of my offices.
Our mission is to inspire our society to live with greater awareness, respect and compassion for each other and towards all sentient beings. We know through past and present personal experience that there exists various natural ways to manage our physical and emotional stresses, health and well being. In a world of over activity and great demands, we are providing our clients with excellent tools to improve their lives.
Traditional Stress Management techniques, Meditation and Hypnosis have all helped improve the lives of numerous individuals suffering from stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression and burnouts and have been proven to be unparalleled preventative, or restorative, means.
We care deeply for our human community, all animals and our planet, and we are dedicated to developing and teaching healthier balanced life style choices that will benefit all. A peaceful world will only become a reality if all individuals themselves live peacefully, with awareness. This objective can be achieved by awakening the human potential.
The Kaivalya Centre has been serving the Ottawa-Gatineau capital region and beyond since 1998.
What is Kaivalya?
Kaivalya is a Sanskrit term, which means that there is only one life. Though forms create the illusion of multiplicity, life remains essentially one, universally. According to the ancient sage Patanjali, Kaivalya is also the highest state of the human consciousness, the state that allows the mind to perceive the truth directly, without any mental projection.
